The Role
- You will drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- You will oversee the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- You will identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within existing accounts.
- You will collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams for seamless customer support.
- You will will mentor and scale a high-performing Customer Success team.
- You will negotiate high-value deals, managing renewals, upsells, and maintaining profitability.
- You must analyze customer data and feedback to reduce risks and boost satisfaction.
- You will manage CRM systems, streamline workflows, and leverage AI for engagement and retention.

Requirements
- You will have 5+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- You have an analytical mindset and can analyse complex data
- Have good working experience working with SaaS products and understanding customer lifecycle
