Group Social Media Manager (Luxury Hospitality)

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €40,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead theirsocial media strategy across multiple luxury hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market and a proven track record in managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives of the luxury hospitality brands.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and luxury hospitality to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Engage with online communities and influencers to foster relationships and enhance brand reputation.
  • Handle crisis management on social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

  • Excellent command in English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with a luxury audience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software
  • Willingness to travel outside of Europe

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management is a must
  • Prior experience working in hospitality is a plus
  • Prior experience working on luxury brands is a huge plus
