Events Equipment Logistics Coordinator

  South of Malta  |  Up to €37,500 Annually 

Our client is looking to employ an Events Equipments Assistant Coordinator. Reporting to the Logistics manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Keeping the Events Logistics team informed and updated on all upcoming functions and event details.
  • Notifying the Logistics Manager about any significant updates, modifications, or special requirements related to events.
  • Ensuring clear, effective, and transparent communication between the Logistics and Events departments.
  • Recording and managing staff working hours within the Events Logistics department for payroll processing.
  • Preparing equipment lists for each event by coordinating with chefs and service staff.
  • Contacting event organizers and clients to gather details regarding event specifications and requirements.
  • Assigning and coordinating duties for the Events Drivers.
  • Conducting daily team briefings to communicate updates and important information.
  • Printing and organizing all relevant function orders according to event dates.
  • Updating and maintaining the Events Logistics schedule and operational plan.

Requirements

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel & Email
  • Driving License B
  • English & Maltese communication skills

Education and Experience

  • A background in events or catering.
