A leading company operating within the Entertainment and Retail industry are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online presence and campaigns. In this role, you will drive brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty, showcasing our client venue, as a premier destination that blends luxury, lifestyle, and innovation. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital strategy across all channels, ensuring each campaign reflects our brand’s vision.
The Key Responsibilities are:
Paid Media & Advertising
- Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create visually compelling and effective ad campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using platform dashboards and Google Analytics.
CRM & Customer Journey Management
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo) to enhance customer engagement.
- Build automated workflows to support lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and upselling.
- Segment audiences to deliver personalized email and SMS campaigns.
- Track campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and overall customer journey performance.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless integration between CRM and other marketing tools.
Website & Content Management
- Oversee website updates, content management, and overall site performance using CMS platforms.
- Improve user experience (UX), conversion rates, landing pages, and site structure.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and work on on-page and technical SEO enhancements.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and agencies to ensure optimal website functionality and visual consistency.
- Monitor user behavior through GA4, Hotjar, and Tag Manager to inform data-driven improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance across all digital channels.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, CRM insights, and visualization tools.
- Recommend optimizations and scaling strategies based on data-driven insights.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, creative, and leadership teams to align on goals.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into engaging digital experiences.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
