Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and initiatives.
- Create, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and other channels.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator and Social Media Specialist on engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media, articles, and newsletters.
- Implement and monitor the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Schedule and post consistent, high-quality content across major social platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic website traffic.
- Maintain and update the company website using a content management system (CMS).
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Build and segment email lists for personalized and effective communication.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the firm’s branding and tone of voice.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track, report, and analyse campaign performance, generating actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to support broader marketing goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with CMS platforms.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within professional services or a B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
