We are looking for a creative and highly diligent Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team, where you will be responsible for planning, creating and managing content for four brands: Konnekt, Talexio, Jobs in Malta and Payroll Malta. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and your duties will include:
- Content Strategy: Create and execute monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- SEO & Blogging: Write and optimise blog posts that help each brand stand out online.
- Repurpose Content: Turn one article into different formats - social posts, carousels, stories - using Canva templates.
- Video Content Creation: Create and edit simple, engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Analytics: Track and report on results for each brand. Use data to improve what you do next.
- Campaign Support: Work with our paid media specialist to align organic and paid content.
- Event Support: Help with brand events and partnerships as needed (about 5–10% of your time).
- Other ad hoc duties that may arise.
Requirements
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research
- Excellent English writing and editing skills
- Able to make visuals using Canva or similar tools, while proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro will be considered an asset
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- A strong willingness and ability to learn and grasp new social media platforms, trends, analytics tools, and content creation techniques.
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Experience managing several projects or brands at once
- Experience with other social channels (YouTube, Tiktok, etc.) will be considered an asset
