Design & Marketing Executive

Our client operating in the Payments industry, is looking for a Design & Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, templates, and reports, in line with corporate branding guidelines.
• Create and optimize graphics for social media and promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement; schedule and publish content across social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Develop engaging video and multimedia content to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage and update the company website to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging (WordPress).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress.
• Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools, with a foundational understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a strong eye for design.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Native level of Maltese is preferred.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
