Our client, a leading company in the fuel, rental, and construction sectors with operations across Malta, is seeking to recruit a Design and Social Media Lead to join its growing team. Your main responsibilities shall be to:
- Create high-quality digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns, brochures, and more.
- Lead visual concept development, including storyboards for video and motion graphics.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and media.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across major social media platforms.
- Monitor channels, engage with followers, and manage comments and messages.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is an asset).
- Experience with social media management tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design and social media management.
