Our client, operating in Gaming, is looking for a dynamic, highly organized individual to lead our Content Creator Army initiative.
This role is central to managing our refer-a-friend program, coordinating creator incentives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our branded content libraries. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about community building, content strategy, and driving engagement through creative and data-driven referral programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain a well-organised repository of branded assets, such as podcast clips, memes, and short-form videos, ensuring creators have regular access to fresh, high-quality content.
- Run the day-to-day operations of our refer-a-friend initiative, including issuing personalised referral IDs, tracking key performance indicators, and handling participant support.
- Act as the primary liaison for our network of content creators—providing assistance, collecting feedback, and cultivating a collaborative and engaged creator community.
- Monitor and evaluate engagement and referral metrics to assess program success, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with the Head of Collaboration, Community Moderators, and Content Distribution teams to ensure alignment of goals and maximise campaign impact.
- Design and execute gamified creator incentive programs, including competitions, rewards, and recognition initiatives based on performance and engagement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in community management, influencer marketing, or content-driven campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about building impactful creator ecosystems.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
