Communications & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Communications & Social Media Manager to lead digital communication and social media activities. In this role, you will focus on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing social media content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms to drive engagement, brand visibility, and measurable business impact. You will be responsible for linking communication efforts directly to performance, optimizing campaigns to deliver high ROI, conversions, and tangible growth outcomes.

Campaign Strategy, Execution & Calendar Management:

  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring strategic alignment across digital channels (social media, email, website, paid media), influencer marketing, and broader communication initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns featuring clear messaging and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (CRM, Website Marketing, Design, Paid Media, Sales, and GTM) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Continuously refine campaign structures, messaging flows, and content formats to improve engagement, reach, and conversion

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage high-quality content across key social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube) targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Maintain a strategic social media content calendar aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and campaign activities.
  • Work alongside internal and external creative teams to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written content that strengthen brand positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and maximize organic reach.

Content Creation & Messaging Strategy:

  • Ideate and write compelling copy for websites, social media, product pages, landing pages, blog articles, and digital ads.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the CRM team to enhance the customer experience (CX).
  • Own and refine brand messaging and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and multiple sub-brands.
  • Support the organization of photo and video content production to ensure alignment with overarching brand storytelling.

SEO & Website Content Execution

  • Coordinate SEO best practices in content creation, including targeted keyword integration and readability optimization.
  • Regularly update and optimize website content to improve organic traffic and conversions.
  • Partner with the web team to improve on-page SEO structure, metadata, and internal linking strategies.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor content and campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rates) and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Implement A/B testing on content formats, email subject lines, and calls to action (CTAs).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, and competitor strategies to keep marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing diverse social media channels and executing cross-channel content strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (Native or near-native English proficiency is highly preferred).
  • Deep familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad infrastructures and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and modern email marketing platforms.
  • A creative yet data-driven mindset, comfortable using performance insights to improve content ROI.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines simultaneously.
