Brand & Marketing Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a Brand & Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO, the chosen candidate will:

• Lead and uphold visual identity and communication standards across all marketing channels
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Develop clear, structured, and engaging written content for bids, website, and communications
• Ensure consistency across all brand touch points
• Manage and differentiate the company's leading brand identities, ensuring clear positioning
• Support marketing initiatives across multiple regions
• Adapt messaging and content to suit diverse audiences and markets
• Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and client presentations
• Design, structure, and refine documents to a high professional standard
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and quality
• Plan, create, and manage social media content and publishing calendars
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed
• Monitor performance, engagement, and optimize content accordingly
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance digital visibility and reach
• Draft press releases and editorial content
• Manage media relations and journalist engagement
• Plan and coordinate editorial calendars and publication schedules
• Support external communications in line with brand strategy
• Coordinate and oversee photography and video production
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and quality expectations
• Manage external creatives and production partners when required
• Maintain and manage CRM databases for clients and prospects
• Support outreach campaigns through well-structured contact lists
• Track leads and monitor marketing performance and engagement
• Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and client engagements
• Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and brand representation
• Support on-site content capture and social media coverage
• Coordinate internal contributions for marketing deliverables
• Manage timelines, workflows, and output efficiency
• Maintain organized templates and marketing content libraries

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with precision
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at senior level
• Proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset

Education and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles
• Strong background in graphic design, content creation, and brand execution
• Experience in PR, media relations, and external communication
• Proven experience managing multi-brand and multi-market environments
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and SEO principles
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing
• Must be based in Malta holding local experience
• Must be willing to travel when required
• Local experience in Building services, and/or Architecture will be given preference
