Brand Manager

  Central Malta  |  Up to €45,000 Annually 

Responsibilities:

  • Draw up annual marketing plans, covering performance, SWOT analyses, sales forecasts and targeted campaigns.
  • Regularly monitor brand performance to ensure that objectives set in the marketing plan are being achieved.
  • Propose and implement approved fixes for any variances.
  • Implement marketing and advertising programmes in conjunction with the Marketing team.
  • Track competitors and spot new market opportunities for management review.
  • Identify new markets/products not currently being tackled by the company to enable Management to decide whether to get involved in these market areas.
  • Present written and/or verbal reports on brand performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign suppliers to gather insights on their marketing strategies, commercial activities and new product developments, analysing and adapting relevant initiatives for the Maltese market.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Tertiary-level education with a positive, "can-do" attitude and openness to change.
  • Willingness to visit the market regularly and travel as needed.
  • Proven management-level experience in sales and marketing within a successful company.
