We are seeking a motivated and passionate Brand Executive. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned brands, ensuring strong market presence, competitive positioning, and alignment with overall business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans in line with company strategy.
- Drive brand communication, sales promotions, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate sponsorships, events, and brand activations.
- Manage procurement of promotional materials and finished goods.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to guide decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Maintain brand leadership and competitiveness within the assigned market segment.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A keen interest in marketing and branding is essential. Candidates with experience will be given preference.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and ideally a strong level of understanding of digital engagement tools.
- A professional level of English, Maltese is highly preferred
- An understanding of the local market, gained through work experience in Malta
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond to market needs within company policies.
