B2B Sales Executive (Reduced/Full-time)

  Central Malta  |  €24,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to support the growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Present, advocate, and market products/services by employing persuasive arguments with both current and potential customers, using cold-calling and other pull techniques
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of cost-benefit and customer needs to effectively address their requirements. 
  • Foster and sustain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and networking opportunities. 
  • Streamline the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction. 
  • Attain agreed-upon sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Evaluate the potential of the territory/market, monitor sales, and provide status reports. 
  • Furnish management with reports detailing customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously enhance skills through research and feedback.



  • Candidates need to be based in Malta already, and possess prior local experience
  • Fluency in English is a must; Maltese would be highly preferred
  • Candidates must possess a strong professional network
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Competitive, energetic, fun and infectious personality
  • Candidates must be pro-active, perseverant, determined and target-driven

Education and Experience

  • Diploma Level of Education as a minimum is mandatory
  • Prior local experience in sales/business development is a must
  • Prior experience in Tech/IT is a plus
