Shift Leader
Central Malta | €15,600 - €16,300 Annually
One of our manufacturing clients are looking for someone to join their team as a Shift Leader:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of machine operators;
- Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the production process;
- Provide training and guidance to newly appointed machine operators on their respective shifts;
- Maintain strict supervision of factory cleanliness at all times;
- Monitor and record daily production metrics;
- Configure and troubleshoot injection molding machinery settings as required;
Requirements
- Prior background in injection molding is essential.
- Capability to operate efficiently within a dynamic, team-driven setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with the production team.
- Willing to work on three shifts
Education and Experience
- Certification in Injection Molding and Operations is a plus
