Shift Leader

  Central Malta  |  €15,600 - €16,300 Annually 

One of our manufacturing clients are looking for someone to join their team as a Shift Leader:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of machine operators;
  • Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the production process;
  • Provide training and guidance to newly appointed machine operators on their respective shifts;
  • Maintain strict supervision of factory cleanliness at all times;
  • Monitor and record daily production metrics;
  • Configure and troubleshoot injection molding machinery settings as required;

Requirements

  • Prior background in injection molding is essential.
  • Capability to operate efficiently within a dynamic, team-driven setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with the production team.
  • Willing to work on three shifts

Education and Experience

  • Certification in Injection Molding and Operations is a plus
