Production Manager

One of our clients are seeking for an experienced and organized Production Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations within the Aluminium and PVC fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery and the ability to manage production workflows efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Prepare accurate cutting lists using the relevant software and ensure all production plans are correctly executed.
• Program and allocate work tasks effectively across the production team.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels required for continuous production.
• Ensure all production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and other departments to support production timelines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge on computer software.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Ability to lead a team.

Education and Experience

• Aluminum and PVC experience or relevant background is required.
• Knowledge on CNC Machineries is an asset.
