Technical Analyst (Authorisations)

  South of Malta  |  up to €36,000 Annually 

One of our esteemed clients requires a Technical Analyst for their Authorisations Department. The selected candidate will be tasked with reviewing and processing various applications managed by the Authorisations Department.

 

  • Review documentation submitted by industry operators for various applications, including new license requests.
  • Assess system and compliance audit reports, conduct live studio inspections as necessary.
  • Ensure operators comply with legislation and directives.
  • Monitor operators' systems for compliance and provide recommendations to the client's departments.
  • Conduct independent reviews and technical infrastructure examinations, offer objective recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience in information systems and financial auditing will be considered as an asset.
  • Ability to identify high risk areas and organise and present findings and recommendations in a concise manner (both verbal and written
  • Be capable of working within a team, manage multiple engagements and adhere to demanding deadlines

Education and Experience

  • In possession of a degree preferably in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or the equivalent thereof (MQF Level 6). Candidates with a degree or equivalent (MQF Level 6) related to business, finance or accounting will be also be considered.
  • Possession of or willingness to pursue recognised certification to undertake IT audits (eg: CISA)
