Litigation Lawyer

  Central Malta  |  €27,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our client, an international Law firm is looking to recruit Litigation Lawyers at all levels.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Carrying out preliminary case investigations and evaluations to assess legal strategies and case feasibility;
  • Engaging in pre-litigation settlement discussions to achieve efficient resolutions;
  • Preparing, drafting, and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal submissions;
  • Gathering, reviewing, and analysing witness statements for evidentiary purposes;
  • Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including mediation and arbitration;
  • Leveraging legal expertise and precedent to advocate effectively in matters;
  • Conducting legal research and handling additional assignments as directed by the Partner or Managing Associate.

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience, with a solid background in court litigation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines independently.

Education and Experience

  • Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) and admission to practice before the Maltese Bar
