Our client, operating in aviation is seeking to recruit a Legal Officer to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing complex legal matters ranging from commercial law to aviation and other sectors
Providing corporate guidance and assisting with all the internal corporate work
Supporting with drafting of the intragroup transactions together with all the necessary compliance work as required
Providing the necessary legal advice to the group of companies and the management in a timely manner
Supporting and preparing all the necessary company secretarial work
Assisting with resolving and overseeing claims arising from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum 2 - 3 years experience working in a similar role
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in aviation will be considered an asset

Education and Experience

In possession of a local Degree in Law
