Our client, a leading Malta-based law firm specialising in emerging technologies, is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their growing team.
Main Responsibilities :
Lead complex regulatory compliance projects across EU and international jurisdictions with a focus on emerging tech sectors.
Deliver high-level strategic legal advice on frameworks including MiCA, DORA, AML6, EU Gaming Laws, and international crypto regulations.
Manage cross-border client relationships and oversee sophisticated legal transactions.
Mentor junior legal professionals and support international business development efforts.
Requirements
Deep expertise in global regulatory regimes related to Digital Assets, Gaming, and AI.
Proven leadership and client management experience in a cross-border legal environment.
Education and Experience
Law degree or equivalent EU legal qualification with 4 years of relevant legal experience.
