Our client, operating within the gaming industry is seeking to recruit a Legal Assistant. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Organizing and processing confidential legal documents
Processing customer requests related to transaction history and data protection
Maintaining records and reports in relation to legal cases
Managing the complaint process and handling administrative tasks related to legal disputes
Ensuring timely responses to GDPR and player claims inquiries from customers and law firms
Managing the office, calendar as well as the inbox
Acting as a liaison between different departments and external legal partners
Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

Minimum three years of experience in a similar role locally
Highly organized with a key eye for detail
Highly analytical with the ability to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in both English and German
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

Degree in Office or Business Administration will be considered an asset
