Our client, a well established CSP, is seeking to recruit a Legal Advisor to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Supporting clients with licensing applications and authorisation processes
Supporting clients through any process needed in terms of preparation of documents, submissions
Assisting in ongoing obligations
Assisting in the planning and management of regulatory compliance activities
Monitoring and interpreting the developments
Managing a portfolio of clients
Building a strong relationship with clients
Supporting with day to day duties
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role ideally within advisory locally
Fluency in English and Maltese, both verbal and written
Education and Experience
Possess a Doctors of Law or Masters of Advocacy and a local warrant
