Our client, who is a boutique CSP, is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Officer. The chosen candidate will have the below duties and responsibilities:
- Carrying out trust and company administration for a portfolio of clients
- Preparing documents related to transactions, including resolutions and minutes
- Providing assistance with client on-boarding in line with internal procedures and policies
- Collating and verifying due diligence procedures
- Involved in amalgamations, re-domiciliation's, liquidations, incorporations and dissolutions
- Preparing and filing of reports and statutory forms within an allocated timeframe
- Assisting in the process of opening bank accounts
- Liaising with clients and different authorities such as the MBR
- Maintaining the filing system and relevant documents in an organised and structured manner
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language
- Meticulous with an eye to detail
- Able to manage time well efficiently and effectively
- Team player
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications
Education and Experience
- Master of Advocacy or Master of Notarial Studies
