We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support growing operations with a specialized focus on payroll management and recruitment. This role is vital for maintaining end-to-end HR processes, particularly for Third Country Nationals (TCNs), while ensuring organizational compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Execute monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including tax and National Insurance (NI).
Maintain precise payroll records and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source qualified candidates and manage all job postings.
Screen applicants and coordinate the interview schedule.
Provide ongoing support to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Manage the comprehensive A-Z visa and work permit process for TCN applicants, including those currently based abroad.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their application journey
Liaise directly with Jobsplus and Identità Malta
Coordinate the full onboarding and offboarding experience for local, EU, and TCN staff
Maintain up-to-date employee records and digital documentation.
Ensure all company practices align with Maltese employment laws and regulations.
Support daily HR operations, general procedures, and performance appraisals.
Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable organizational feedback
Requirements
Strong understanding of Maltese employment law and payroll standards
Proven experience handling TCN work permit processes via Identità.
