Our client within the Retail Industry is looking for an Employment Lawyer.

Main Responsibilities :

Manage judicial proceedings in the field of employment law
Manage disciplinary proceedings against employees
Support in the management of inspections relating to personnel, carried out by external entities
Provide legal advice to the company on employment law matters
Manage, prepare, and verify the correctness and completeness of mandatory and/or necessary documents relating to the employment relationships of employees
Draft employment contracts and contractual updates;
Perform HR compliance activities;

Requirements

Excellent command of English both written and verbal

Education and Experience

Degree in Law awarded by a Maltese University
