Our Client, operating within financial services, is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer to expand its team of legal professionals and strengthen its operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice, legal and business expertise to the firms clients on different areas
Serve clients' interests at all times in line with the Firm's high standards of practice
Drafting of Court documents
Vetting of legal documents
Draft, review and negotiate contracts as required
Representing the Firm and/or its clients before competent authorities, in contentious proceedings, whether before local courts
Assisting Junior Lawyers and reviewing their work
Requirements
2-3 years experience in a similar role, experience within commercial law would be an asset
Ability to multi task with excellent time management
Able to represent the firm at meetings with national and international clients
