Our Client, operating within financial services, is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer to expand its team of legal professionals and strengthen its operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, legal and business expertise to the firms clients on different areas
- Serve clients' interests at all times in line with the Firm's high standards of practice
- Drafting of Court documents
- Vetting of legal documents
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts as required
- Representing the Firm and/or its clients before competent authorities, in contentious proceedings, whether before local courts
- Assisting Junior Lawyers and reviewing their work
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role, experience within commercial law would be an asset
- Ability to multi task with excellent time management
- Able to represent the firm at meetings with national and international clients
Education and Experience
- Masters in Law and Warranted
