Quality Control Executive

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to join their Operations Department as a Quality Control Executive.
This role involves overseeing service quality across operational teams, implementing internal controls, and supporting the continuous improvement of service levels. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in insurance claims processing and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of service provided across operations, ensuring internal controls are effective and consistently applied.
• Conduct regular claims reviews, covering all claim types, to maintain high processing standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the maintenance and development of the Transactional Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, helping to drive overall service quality improvements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of anti-fraud initiatives both internally and with external partners.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports relating to Operations, for senior management and corporate stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Processes team to enhance operational procedures and support automation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate provider performance to ensure adherence to agreed KPIs.
• Provide occasional support to the cost control team, including assisting with claims payments and ordering of parts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in processing insurance claims is essential.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Being exposed to analytical tools such as PowerBI, or being tech-savvy
