Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Personal and Commercial Insurance Broker to join their team:
Main responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage solutions.
Collect and evaluate client information to assess insurance requirements and provide tailored policy options.
Clearly explain policy terms, conditions, and coverage details while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Manage policy renewals and amendments accurately and within required timelines.
Perform administrative duties including documentation, correspondence, and maintaining accurate client records.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships.
Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential.
Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred, ideally a minimum of 2 years.
