In this pivotal role, you will navigate the sensitive landscape of policy settlements, ensuring our clients receive seamless support during life’s major milestones.

Beyond standard processing, you will act as a key liaison between our legal, systems, and distribution teams, making this a diverse role for someone who loves to see the "bigger picture" of the insurance lifecycle.

🌟 How You Will Contribute

• Settlement & Claims Excellence
• End-to-End Processing: Manage the lifecycle of policy settlements, including maturities, surrenders, and death benefits, with high precision and empathy.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously audit documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance before any disbursements are finalized.
• System Innovation: Play a hands-on role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and system upgrades to squash bugs and optimize the claims workflow.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• The Voice of the Firm: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear and compassionate updates on claim statuses via phone and email.
• Legal & Compliance Support: Assist in gathering data for legal queries, preparing complaint reports for the COO, and supporting the team on the rare occasion of court summons or Arbiter (OAFS) requests.
• Distribution Partnering: Manage the monthly commission cycle, ensuring our agency network is paid accurately and receives timely statements.

Operational Support

• Data Intelligence: Compile departmental statistics and reports to help leadership track performance and trends.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and suggest smart, modern ways to enhance our efficiency.

🎓 Your Profile

• Education: A degree in Finance, Insurance, or Business is preferred, but your experience and mindset matter most.
• Prior experience within an insurance environment, specifically in claims or policy administration, gives you a significant head start.
• You are highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable navigating specialized database systems.
• You possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities.
