Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance sector, is seeking Insurance Associates of all experience levels to join their Personal and Health departments
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing guidance on insurance-related matters.
Assist clients with insurance queries, including policy details, claims processes, and coverage options.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required, supporting the overall Insurance operation.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care related discipline would be considered an asset
