Claims Executive

  Central Malta  |  €28,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking a Claims Executive to join their expanding team. Reporting directly to one of the Directors, the role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming claims promptly and professionally from initial notification through to final resolution
  • Liaise with customers, insurers, and repair partners to collect, validate, and clarify necessary information
  • Review documentation to ensure each claim aligns with compliance requirements and policy guidelines
  • Provide customers with clear, consistent updates and support throughout the claims process
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient, timely progression of all claims

Requirements

  • Previous experience in claims handling or the insurance industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering solutions

Education and Experience

  • An O Level Standard of Education
