Our clients, an International Insurance company, are seeking dynamic Brokers and Senior Brokers to join their claims departments

Responsibilities:

•  Manage renewals, amendments, and policy issuance.
• Source and recommend suitable coverage.
•  Handle transactions and reports.
•  Monitor and escalate late payments.
•  Verify clients per AML/CFT rules.
•  Maintain strong client and insurer ties.
• Mentor and assist colleagues.
• Stay updated on industry changes.
• Support tasks assigned by management.

Corporate Department: 

Specific duties: 

• Design tailored insurance programs to address client risks.
•  Manage timely renewals and amendments while resolving client queries.
•  Negotiate terms and maintain insurer relationships.
•  Represent the department in meetings and committees.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee daily operations.

Personal Lines: 

Specific Duties: 

•  Handle renewals, amendments, and policy issuance for Personal Lines clients.
•  Work with brokers, insurers, and teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure policies and records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Resolve concerns efficiently while ensuring excellent service.
• Maintain databases and prepare required reports.

Requirements

• Ideally 5 to 7 years experience however candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Showing accuracy and attention to details
• Maintaining excellent communication skills with all stakeholders

Education and Experience

• Studying for ACII or equivalent qualification
