As a Broking Claims Executive, you’ll become a key point of contact for clients navigating claims across a diverse portfolio from Motor and Home to Travel, Business, and Marine. You’ll join a collaborative, energetic team committed to offering expert guidance and exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the claims experience by managing the full lifecycle of incoming claims, ensuring each case is handled with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
- Verify policy cover and evaluate claims documentation to determine eligibility and next steps.
- Communicate confidently with clients, brokers, assessors, and external partners to keep every claim moving efficiently and transparently.
- Maintain organised and compliant records, ensuring all documentation, updates, and decisions are captured accurately within the internal system.
- Contribute to process improvement, sharing insights that help refine workflows and elevate service standards across the team.
What You’ll Bring
- Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in claims handling, preferably across multiple insurance lines.
