What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the claims experience by managing the full lifecycle of incoming claims, ensuring each case is handled with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
Verify policy cover and evaluate claims documentation to determine eligibility and next steps.
Communicate confidently with clients, brokers, assessors, and external partners to keep every claim moving efficiently and transparently.
Maintain organised and compliant records, ensuring all documentation, updates, and decisions are captured accurately within the internal system.
Contribute to process improvement, sharing insights that help refine workflows and elevate service standards across the team.
What You’ll Bring
Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in claims handling, preferably across multiple insurance lines.
Strong analytical thinking and confident decision-making.
Clear and professional communication skills — written, verbal, and negotiation.
A structured, organised approach with a keen eye for detail.
