Training Manager

  Central Malta  |  up to €40,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Training Manager who would be leading the Training department of a local company with an international presence. 

  • Identify and evaluate the training requirements of the organization.
  • Evaluate the skills, performance, and efficiency of employees to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, and management.
  • Efficiently oversee the training budget.
  • Choose and oversee resources, collaborating with both internal staff and external training providers.
  • Draft the Group's Training Needs Analysis and identify gaps.
  • Maintain and update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the company's training programs.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations.
  • Assess organizational performance to ensure that training aligns with business needs and enhances performance.
  • Seek out and apply for relevant accreditations and government programs.
  • Develop and update processes and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports and liaise internally with other departments regarding quality and financial matters.
  • Support the HR department with day-to-day operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Required to travel.
  • Must have a valid driving license.
  • Organisational and good time management skills are a must.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Training or Management.
  • Relevant working experience (3 - 5 years).
