One of our clients operating within the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Manager to drive recruitment efforts across the business. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the Company attracts, engages, and hires individuals who align with our commitment to service excellence given their brand identity.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in proactive sourcing strategies, passionate about creating meaningful candidate experiences, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment. This role may also include contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives that support our ongoing success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and properties, ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies in alignment with business and service culture goals.
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and address talent gaps proactively.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment campaigns and employer branding materials.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, universities, and industry networks.
- Manage and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for consistent and efficient hiring processes.
- Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screenings, interviews, and selection activities.
- Ensure a professional, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Standardise recruitment tools, templates, and processes across the organisation.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and recruitment conferences.
- Plan and execute in-house recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve performance and reduce time-to-fill.
- Provide hiring manager training on interviews, candidate assessment, and inclusive practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Promote diversity and support internal mobility and succession planning.
- Contribute to broader HR functions as needed, including onboarding, engagement, and development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategies, proactive sourcing methods, and structured interview techniques.
- Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment data tools for process management and reporting.
- Hands-on experience leveraging social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and job boards for talent attraction and employer branding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in the English language is a must.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years’ local experience in a talent management role or as a recruiter is a must
- Prior local experience working within the HR function is highly desired
