A growing and dynamic organisation is looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, relationship-building, and identifying top talent in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You will play a key role in shaping the company’s workforce by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in attracting the right people for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Create and manage talent pools and recruitment pipelines
- Source candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting
- Organise and participate in recruitment initiatives, job fairs, and partnerships
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and support candidate evaluations
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to identify current and future talent needs
HR & Process Management
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes are maintained accurately
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and requirements
- Support Hiring Managers with interview questionnaires and assessments
- Manage recruitment suppliers and external recruitment channels
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting for informed decision-making
- Keep up to date with recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and talent pipelines
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Basic understanding of Maltese employment legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Positive “can-do” attitude and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Ownership mentality with strong accountability
