Talent Acquisition Executive

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join a dynamic Human Resources team. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various business areas, including consulting and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will go beyond traditional interviewing and shortlisting. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping effective hiring strategies and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from the initial contact through to the offer stage. You'll also be instrumental in connecting the right professionals with the right opportunities.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their evolving needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all job seekers and candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source and network to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs.
  • Employer Branding: Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives, exploring innovative ways to reach and attract potential candidates.
  • System Management: Efficiently manage your recruitment portfolio using modern recruitment tools (e.g., Workday or similar platforms).

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally within the experienced hire market.
  • Sound knowledge of and a genuine interest in HR and recruitment best practices.
  • Proven experience using various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Education and Experience

  • A degree in a people-related field (e.g., HR, psychology, business, or similar).
