We are looking for a hands-on Spanish Speaking Payroll & Employment Administrator to manage payroll and employment administration in Malta, with a strong focus on statutory compliance and international employee mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll administration processes
Handle employee registrations, updates, and terminations with Jobsplus
Oversee Maltese Social Security registrations and related procedures
Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
Coordinate A1 and S1 certificates for employees working across the EU
Ensure accurate employee documentation and compliance
Support employees with administrative and employment-related queries
Requirements
EU national or valid authorization to work in Malta
Experience in payroll or employment administration in Malta
Knowledge of Jobsplus and Maltese Social Security procedures
Experience with A1 and S1 certificates and
Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English, Maltese preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience supporting internationally mobile employees
