Senior Payroll Executive
Our client, a leading catering company in Malta is looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Executive to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities:
Liaise with operations teams to review and validate employee attendance data.
Maintain and update payroll system records, ensuring accurate wage calculations.
Perform all required payroll checks, controls, and compliance validations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing and disbursement of employee payments.
Collaborate closely with Operations and HR teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and deliver payroll-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage employee payroll inquiries in a structured, timely, and professional manner.
Requirements
At least two years of experience in payroll processing roles.
Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, preferably Shireburn
Sound knowledge of Maltese employment legislation and payroll-related regulations.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
Education and Experience
An A level Standard in Education
