Our Client, who specialises in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Support payroll, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and work permits.
- Update job descriptions, org charts, and HR policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement, performance reviews, and insurance programs.
- Organise training logistics, HR reports, and ad-hoc projects (events, CSR, team building).
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Office Hours
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong command of English with solid computer literacy, especially MS Office; HRIS knowledge (Indigo is a plus).
- People-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player.
- Adaptable to dynamic, multicultural environments and able to deliver under deadlines.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
