Senior Human Resources Specialist

  South of Malta

Our Client, who specialises in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Support payroll, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and work permits.
  • Update job descriptions, org charts, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, performance reviews, and insurance programs.
  • Organise training logistics, HR reports, and ad-hoc projects (events, CSR, team building).
  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Office Hours

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong command of English with solid computer literacy, especially MS Office; HRIS knowledge (Indigo is a plus).
  • People-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Adaptable to dynamic, multicultural environments and able to deliver under deadlines.
  • Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
