The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee performance management processes and support managers in goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Contribute to organisational development initiatives, including employee engagement, training, and succession planning.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 360 HR role.
- A relevant qualification will be considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, talent management, and policy development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
