Our client, a leading operational firm, is looking to recruit a Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the CPO, the chosen candidate will be responsible to:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate application through to onboarding
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Coordinate interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers to support hiring needs
Prepare and support job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding activities
Assist with employment permit applications and related processes for international candidates (TCNs)
Ensure recruitment activities are carried out efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with legal and company requirements
Take ownership of recruitment campaigns and assigned vacancies, ensuring timely and successful hiring outcomes
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed

Education and Experience
Educational MQF Level 5/6 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset
Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition both on a local and international scale.
Strong understanding of workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Must be located in Malta with a strong understanding of the local market.
Spoken and written proficiency in both Maltese and English .
