Our client is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their HR team. The chosencandidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent for the company. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization builds a high-performing workforce that supports its growth in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse positions across the organisation
Design and implement innovative talent sourcing methods, leveraging social media and other channels effectively
Partner closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs and ensure an exceptional candidate journey
Oversee and enhance the applicant tracking system and overall recruitment workflows for maximum efficiency
Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Atlas’s reputation as a top destination for talent
Requirements
Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Education and Experience
HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services, insurance or a corporate setting
Knowledge of Maltese labour laws and HR best practices
Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
Experience using ATS platforms, specifically BambooHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing tools).
Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
