Our client is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their HR team. The chosencandidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent for the company. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization builds a high-performing workforce that supports its growth in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse positions across the organisation
- Design and implement innovative talent sourcing methods, leveraging social media and other channels effectively
- Partner closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs and ensure an exceptional candidate journey
- Oversee and enhance the applicant tracking system and overall recruitment workflows for maximum efficiency
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Atlas’s reputation as a top destination for talent
Requirements
- Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Education and Experience
- HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services, insurance or a corporate setting
- Knowledge of Maltese labour laws and HR best practices
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
- Experience using ATS platforms, specifically BambooHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing tools).
- Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
