We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join a well established international company. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- A relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, Maltese is highly preferred
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring qualified candidates
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
