As an HR Development Executive, you will support and manage core human resources functions across the organisation. Working closely with both leadership and employees, you will ensure that HR processes operate smoothly and compliantly, with a strong focus on employee experience and development.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating and advertising job vacancies on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Review applications and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, leadership, and team leads.
Handle communication with candidates and recruitment agencies throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and manage employment contracts and any related amendments.
Coordinate onboarding preparations for new employees with the relevant internal departments.
Plan, manage, and deliver onboarding processes across the organization.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, manage confirmations, promotions, and employee exits, and monitor attrition through exit interviews and reporting.
Coordinate both internal and external training initiatives.
Maintain records tracking the progress of HR processes throughout the organization.
Manage employee pulse surveys and the suggestions management platform, providing leadership with insights to support informed decision-making and enhance employee engagement.
Implement updates to HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Maltese Employment Law and applicable EU Directives, while maintaining all necessary statutory records.
Stay updated on developments and best practices within the HR industry.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR Coordination, HR Management System & Administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Maltese Employment Law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively at all levels.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR operations independently.
A self-motivated, flexible individual with a positive, proactive attitude.
