People & Culture Executive

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to engage a People & Culture Executive within their Human Resources Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager you will be:

  • Leading the full recruitment cycle: from identifying talent needs and finding the best fit, to crafting engaging job adverts and collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and engagement, helping new hires settle in and thrive.
  • Working with managers to identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and regular consultation.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training and use insights to support continuous learning and development.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a culture of openness, trust, and collaboration.
  • Contributing to HR projects that enhance employee’s experience and drive positive change.

  • Good design skills and a sharp eye for detail would be a great asset, especially for creating engaging internal materials and communications.

Education and Experience

  • 3 years experience in Human Resources with a strong focus in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment.
  • Previous experience in onboarding, managing the full integration process and performance follow-ups.
  • A relevant qualification in the field.
