Payroll Technician

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €25,000 Annually 

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Technician for our client. If you're experienced in payroll processing and love working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions and adjustments.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and labour laws.
  • Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments.
  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
  • Addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimise payroll processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English. Maltese speaking would be preferred

Education and Experience

  • A qualification in payroll would be considered an asset
