We are looking for a Payroll Specialist - The role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing Corporate Service Provider and be part of its expanding finance team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the monthly payroll process for a portfolio of clients.
Prepare employment documentation, including engagement forms for new hires and termination paperwork.
Handle client registrations with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus.
Register new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus in line with statutory requirements.
Process employee terminations, both local and foreign, with the IRD and Jobsplus.
Deliver continuous payroll support and advisory services to clients.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members in their day-to-day tasks.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
Completion of payroll-related courses will be considered an asset
