Payroll Specialist
Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processes for medium-complexity clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Liaise with clients to gather and verify payroll information and resolve queries
Calculate payroll, including adjustments, and update records within payroll software
Prepare and upload bank payment files and issue employee payslip
Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly and professionally to requestss
Support month-end and year-end payroll procedures while keeping internal monitoring tools up to date
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Minimum MQF Level 4
Understanding of the payroll function, including an understanding of the NI rates and their use, and of the tax bands
Excellent spoken and written English
