We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Payroll Executive to join our growing team at KonnektPayroll (formerly Payroll Malta). You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager, and your duties will include:
Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
Migrations and parallel runs
Adhoc Reporting
Leave Management
Time & Attendance
Processing Salary Payments
Requirements
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Education and Experience
An A’ Level standard of education
Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
Professional proficiency in excel is a must
A minimum of 2 years experience handling Maltese payroll life cycle will also be considered an asset, ideally with particular exposure to Time & Attendance
